Defending champions Civics went to the top of the log for the first time this season after beating Orlando Pirates 1-0 on Friday, November 9.
Victor Helu scored the only goal of the match to put Civics at the top with 10 points from five matches. Pirates, who were the early log leaders, dropped down to fifth position after suffering their second defeat in a row.
Black Africa lie second after picking up a point in a 0-0 draw against Ramblers on November 10. Black Africa are also on 10 points but have a slightly inferior goal difference to Civics.
Ramblers move up to third position on 9 points and are followed by four teams on 7 points – Eleven Arrows, Orlando Pirates, Cymot SKW and African Stars.
SKW were held to a 0-0 draw by Mighty Gunners, while Fedics recorded their first win of the season, beating Eleven Arrows 2-1 at home in Keetmanshoop. The result sees them moving off the bottom of the log to 10th position.
Oshakati City were held to a 2-all draw by Blue Waters in Tsumeb, but Blue Waters now move down to 11th position, while Mighty Gunners are now bottom of the log.
